A candid documentary published Selena Gomez: 'No longer hiding'.

Texas's Austin Selena Gomez is considering her progress since the publication of her 2022 documentary,   

which provided an open account of her battles with mental illness. The "Single Soon" singer,

took part in a SXSW panel titled "Mindfulness Over Perfection: Getting Real on Mental Health" on Sunday.  

The discussion was moderated by psychologist Dr. Jessica B. Stern, and featured Gomez and her mother Mandy Teefey,  

who together co-founded Wondermind, a resource for mental wellbeing. Dr. Corey Yeager,  

a therapist, and NFL star Solomon Thomas also chimed in.The 31-year-old Gomez revealed that she was , 

"terrified" about the premiere of the "Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me" documentary on Apple TV+."I wavered between doing it and not,"
