Colorado standout Travis Hunter may miss two games.

As he continues to heal from a lacerated liver, Colorado's two-way star Travis Hunter will probably miss the team's next two games, according to coach Deion Sanders on Tuesday.

When asked how long it would take Hunter to recuperate, Sanders replied, "Let's say two or three [weeks]".

"I would love for him to stay out until after the bye week," she said.

The Buffaloes (3-2, 0-2) face games against Arizona State on Saturday and Stanford at home the following week before a week break and a trip to UCLA on October 28.
