Is trouble brewing at ‘Yellowstone’ ranch? Lawsuit filed in Texas expose rift with 2 star

At the ranch, a feud is brewing between two "Yellowstone" collaborators.

The Bosque Ranch of show creator Taylor Sheridan has filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against actor Cole Hauser's Free Rein Coffee Company.

Hauser has played Rip Wheeler on "Yellowstone" since the show's inception in 2018.

According to People, the lawsuit, which was filed in the Northern District of Texas court on November 21, accuses Free Rein of "trademark infringement,

unfair competition, and false advertising" in connection with both companies' use of branding marks with overlapping letters.

"Neither Hauser nor the Defendants asked or received permission or authorization of Sheridan or Bosque Ranch to use a mark confusingly

similar to the BR Brand for virtually identical goods," according to the complaint.

In June, Sheridan's Bosque Ranch collaborated with Community Coffee on a specialty craft brand. In October, Hauser launched Free Rein.
