NFL Week 14 injuries: News on Trevor Lawrence, Puka Nacua, more

On Thursday night, Ezekiel Elliott outperformed Mitch Trubisky as the New England Patriots defeated the Pittsburgh Steelers 21-18 at Acrisure Stadium.

Elliott accounted for 140 yards, including 72 on seven receptions, and a touchdown while filling in for injured running back Rhamondre Stevenson.

. Trubisky started in place of quarterback Kenny Pickett (ankle) and passed for 190 yards and a touchdown while also rushing for 30 yards and another score.

He did, however, throw an interception, and Pittsburgh was only 3-of-14 on third down and 1-of-3 on fourth down.

According to head coach Doug Pederson, whether Lawrence plays against the Cleveland Browns will be decided on game day

Lawrence practiced on a limited basis on Thursday and Friday, and Pederson believes he will play.

Lawrence sprained his left knee against Indianapolis earlier this season and played four days later in New

Orleans after suffering a toe injury against Detroit last season. C.J. Beathard is the backup quarterback.
