Rankings for college football: Louisville climbs in CBS Sports 133, Michigan tops Georgia for the top place.

By outvoting the Bulldogs by one vote point, Michigan has eclipsed Georgia to become the new No. 1 team in our updated college football rankings.

The updated CBS Sports 133 is our comprehensive rating of every FBS club. Though the name and logo change at the top appears dramatic,

Michigan's replacement of Georgia is less a reaction to Week 6 results -- which included the Dawgs' best performance of the season

overall and more specifically Carson Beck at quarterback -- and more the continuation of a trend of top-five shakeups that has been going on for weeks.

With four different teams all entering the No. 1 discussion two weeks ago, it was the first time all season that Georgia did not receive the majority of the first-place votes.

Four different teams entered the top six slots in the rankings last week, including Michigan's ascent back to No. 2 in the standings.

Currently, the Wolverines are in first place after a strong 52-10 victory over Minnesota.

While the storyline in Yellowstone by Paramount is enough to keep viewers intrigued, the handsome actors who bring the plot to life undoubtedly don't hurt.
