Russell Wilson Contract: Why Trading the $37M QB Is Now Easier for the Seahawks

New England Patriots running back Ezekiel Elliott will return to Dallas this weekend to play the Cowboys.

The squad may give a unique tribute to the running back after seven seasons as a star.

In an interview on 105.3 The Fan this week, Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones was asked how the organization would honor Ezekiel Elliott upon his return.

Jones wouldn't say what the crew was cooking, but he made it sound good.

“I don’t want to blow a surprise, and that’s a good enough answer for you,” Jones told Pro Football Talk.

This cryptic comment sparked social media replies. He also spoke strongly about Elliott's skill and value to the Cowboys.

“I know that he was one of the best teammates that I’ve seen on the Cowboys,” Jones added. He inspired his troops.

Before the games, he was motivating and practiced like every move was for the marbles. His running back skills were remarkable, and he could lower that pad and center of gravity.”
