Begin your workout with a 10-minute warm-up, such as light jogging or brisk walking, followed by running at a comfortable pace. Consider adding intervals to increase intensity and variety. 

Include bodyweight squats in your strength training routine, focusing on proper form. Gradually add resistance as you become more comfortable with the exercise. 

Incorporate dynamic exercises like burpees into your routine to enhance cardiovascular benefits and explosiveness. This adds variety to your workout and helps with overall fitness. 

Strengthen your core with plank exercises. Hold the position for as long as possible, aiming for 60 seconds. Focus on maintaining a straight line from head to heels.
