'We are at war,' Israeli PM Netanyahu says after Gaza militants infiltrate

Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister of Israel, announced that "we are at war" after Gazan militants penetrated his country.

According to Israel's national rescue service, roughly 40 Israelis died.
